Questions and reporting bugs

OK, I don't normally write in forums but here goes. My son and I play and we are both in DS. The quest we are on is JUSTICE HURTS, we went and got the crystals from the rack but it won't let either of us activate the first crystal stand. We can't complete the story line without dong this quest. Our back ground is I have a level 50 death my son has a level 50 ice. We have done this quest before. Now he is stuck with a level 46 Life and I am stuck with a level 46 Storm. I have contacted KI with no results in 4 days. Has anybody else run into this problem?

when my lvl 20 myth battles and beat high lvls and low lvls i get like 1-10 rank and when i lose a match i lose like 17-27 its kinda annoying

I've completed all quests on Colossus Boulevard and yet I don't have the badge of Master diplomat what happened?

Iam having issues with the chat option. I have it set tto accept chat but the icon has a slash in it and when i do both easy and the bubble chat it still disable not sure what had happened it was working when i first enter the game less the ayear agao.

My w101 log in has a problem, when i am on i play around 2 hours when suddenly it says that wizard101 crashed, if i do wish to report the bug it said that crashed too.. This bug or glitch isn't helping me at all, i port to someone and it crashed at random, you guys might think about fixing that I get pretty mad especially when its about to take me to a pvp Can you guys consider this bug? and fix it ?
