So what should I do if I've sent 3 reports in to them about not being able to play and in 24 hours not getting any type of response back and still not being able to play due to a bug?

I have been having "certificate error" on both the site and the game opening. Graphics don't open. It makes it hard to navigate the site with not graphics. I tried to report it, but I may be to computer illiterate to find what they request from me. I really wish there was a phone number. ;-(

ya i have a wedsite bug.

i am tring to buy crowns but it won't let me it keeps saying wrong password but i am correct.

plus i keep pressing Forgot Password and it says i will get a E-mail but i don't.

That's something you should write directly to KI about using the method described in the first post on this thread.

alot of bugs have been happening in pvp and im just really tired of it please fix it soon
