What am I missing?

My Death wizard is Level 115, currently questing in Polaris, and just completed the quest Story of the Sky Anchor, which is supposed to trigger the spell quest Winged Sorrow for Winged Sorrow spell at Level 108. However, I didn't get any popup or anything to indicate readiness for the new quest/spell. Tracking back in the spell quest history, I find that I may not have completed Death of the Party for Dworgyn, but he has no quest for me. I went back a bit more and looked at Avenging Assembly, but that doesn't appear to actually reward the spell Avenging Fossil which is in my spellbook.

So, if Dworgyn won't talk to me, and I have Avenging Fossil, what am I missing in progression to Winged Sorrow?

Just as a wild guess, did you go back and check in the Arcanum with Quisma and Cyrio Cassini just to make sure they didn't have anything ?

I've been checking with the Quest Finder everywhere I can think of. Nobody has anything for me (except Reddin in Borealis Peaks).

Sounds like a bug. You've tried restarting your game?

Rusalka's Wrath is a storm spell, not a death spell. You would get Winged Sorrow instead.

Could it have been something silly like a pet quest that's required that you haven't done, or maybe one of the optional spells like the GH or Avalon utility spells?

Might be a situation where you have to contact KI and ask them to give you the quest.

Well, I tried again this morning and Qismah had the quest. I'm not sure what happened in the meanwhile, maybe my paperwork was in her in-tray over the weekend and she finally found it. On Friday, I did finish Operation Iceblock and level up to 116.

Thanks for the suggestions - I was just about to email Support when I thought I should just look again.
