For the first time in years, we’re so excited to announce that KingsIsle
will have an official booth presence
at a major gaming convention! Get ready PAX West, here we come!

What: KingsIsle at PAX West 2023

When: September 1st-4th, 2023

Where: Seattle Convention Center (Seattle, Washington)

We’re primarily going to PAX West to introduce Wizard101 and Pirate101 to potential new players, but that doesn’t mean existing players will miss out! In addition to offering PAX West exclusive KingsIsle merch, we’ll also be selling older (now unavailable) plushies, and have a couple of opportunities for community members to meet the devs behind their favorite games. Stay tuned for more details, including our booth location, activity schedule, and more in the future!

In the meantime, make sure to start planning your trip if you want to stop by and say hello! We’re SO looking forward to meeting up with so many new and existing Wizards and Pirates.

Never been much of a con fan, too many people and overwhelm. I hope players who do visit get something out of it though because those tickets aren't cheap either (something like the full superfan set or early releases of other superfan gear like a wand) beyond just having the opportunity to buy plushes or figurines.

I really do see W101 as a game that people have forgotten about because they played it during their childhood and are going to be surprised that the game's still around with seasonal updates. Then they'll give it a try when they're tired of playing their regular set of games, and secretly unadmittedly get hooked. Guess nostalgia really is true seller of the game.
