I used one of these once out of curiosity. I still ran back through and did all of the side quests I could on that Wizard, it felt so weird skipping the first arc.

Did you get all the first arc badges? I'm wondering if you get locked out of some of the spellement drops with this...

I did it before spellements were rewards, so I'm not sure what happens with that. As far as I know, the Badges were all awarded, unless they were side-quest related. I'm not a Badge Collector, so I don't really pay attention to those.
