i have been banned for about a year now if im not mistaken because someone decided to gift me ingame with a fraudulent credit card or so KI told me in their emails, they refuse to unban me sadly even when i did not do anything wrong, basically, i only had my gift options open but at the time i did not even know you can get banned for that, not like that anyway, im not looking to get unbanned anymore since they already told me to seek entertainment elsewhere, respectfully mind you in their recent email. What i wanna know is why ban me if i did not do anything wrong, go ban the other guy who started this mess. Also i have seen some players getting unbanned from this situation, why leave me in the dust, is it because that i do not spend enough money on this game, would things be a bit different if i had won the lottery and put all my earnings in buying crowns and membership?

It does sound like you're in a tough situation. Unfortunately, I don't think anyone here can answer your questions. We don't have all of the information that Kingsisle does about your account, the situation you're describing, who gifted you what, etc. It may be that you will never know why your situation was different from someone else who did get their account reinstated.

This is why I choose to keep my Gift List empty and unless it's due to some contest, I would refuse gifts from others. I'm well aware of this problem and while I have never needed to contact W101 customer services by email, I know they're incredibly inconsistent with their dealings of customers... if they even see them. Corporations don't even look at some emails, that's a thing, an incredible egregious thing but nonetheless very real. Getting unbanned is just... unreasonably based on luck, everything moral has come down to the luck of the swaying attention of people and I totally understand your frustration.

We at Central, even in association with W101 Faculty (might I add, none of which directly work in Customer Services), have little power to help you other than the giving you the best of luck. I know that sounds difficult to hear and I don't even enjoying saying that myself, but it's the honest truth. I wish we had anyway to take you to the track of instructions that will ultimately unban your account as innocent as it is, but we can't. Perhaps referring you to individual's like @Sparck or @Arthur Wethersfield, may help you but that's the best we can do and we don't know what they can possibly do themselves beyond trickling down the same sort of "best of luck" stuff.

My personal advice, just email them again and again. Never stop trying until they're aware of your existence and this problem. Maybe eventually they'll reciprocate something or better yet take action...
