As you can see, there is nothing in violation of the Code of Conduct; this is just a report by a very concerned player trying to get well-deserved answers about a rather scary bug. I'll give this one a day or so, as per Message Boards approval, but it ought to go through. Then @Sparck can have his wish of us raising this issue through direct means.

Thanks for sharing, I have a reply waiting telling them that this is still an ongoing problem.

Took them longer than I would have liked, but we now have official acknowledgement that Aaron is being a bugger. If they don't attempt to fix this now or resolve it in their next maintenance, that would just be cruel. I hope it doesn't take too long for @Willowdreamer and others to be rid of this menace.

Oh, come on!

Given the date of publication, I think this happened after the last game patch. Meaning, the risk of an Aaron is still present.

The fact that this is still persisting is difficult to see as anything other than an embarrassment at this point.

Let me add my two-cents. April 15, 2023 at approximately 0800 CDT, I also ran into this bug. I restarted the game at least four times with no success at seeing my Storm Wizard. I submitted a ticket then decided to do a search for this problem.

The result was this message board and the solution. I responded back to KI with this solution:

So apparently this is a known issue. Perhaps you could put something up on your site that tells people this (under the FAQ's) so that that question is answered. Something along the lines of "My Wizard has been replaced by Aaron, a Level 0 Wizard".

So this issue is ongoing! I was afraid of this.

@Sparck, this NEEDS some immediate attention from KI. This has now been going on for half a month, despite a Game Patch occurring that supposedly should have fixed this.

Oh, for... this is getting ridiculous and preposterous. I really wanted to hope we'd seen the end of this.

I suppose I can be happy I haven't had an Aaron myself, but goodness knows that can still be subject to change.

I'm getting impatient for a resolution. What will it take for KI to acknowledge the severity of this situation?!
