The fact that KI didn't allow my first post about this issue on the official Message Boards to go through isn't doing anything to ease my worries about this situation...

@Sparck. This is a serious matter. We need acknowledgement of this dangerous bug! Addressing community concerns is something that's supposed to be happening here.

My second attempt to post and get a response on the official forums seems to have been met with failure. They blocked it from going through again.

Are they seriously trying to cover up this bug instead of acknowledging that there's an ongoing issue? I had better be very incorrect here.

In my experience, there are certain posts that must go through a second level of moderation before appearing. Or else you missed their cut off, since they seem to take a look at new posts once in the morning and only approve what has been added before they head to Discord and Social Media. I always picture them as having the Boards open on their screens all day, but that's just me and how I'd do the job.

Unfortunately that doesn't seem to be happening here. I just checked again and my attempts to bring this up on the official forums aren't going through, even with multiple attempts and no obvious breach of their Code of Conduct. They are actively stopping me from bringing up a serious and ongoing issue.

There's nothing nefarious going on . Please bring it up the concern to us directly instead of a general complaint in a 3rd party forums. We want to resolve the concern, but we don't always see everything here . Please address it to the Community team directly. Thanks!

Begging your pardon, but if you look through the thread that's exactly what we've been trying to do. I indeed tried multiple times to raise this issue directly to you on the official Message Boards, but there's been no response; for some reason all my posts attempting to bring this up have either not gone through or been unnecessarily delayed. I'm only complaining here, on a 3rd party forum because of this peculiar lack of ability to do exactly what you just suggested.

Also, if this thread is anything to go by, people involved have contacted the Community team, and yet this issue is still happening to them even after an apparent resolution.

I sincerely hate to give you a rebuttal, but your statement is unfortunately not lining up with what we have been experiencing here. I'm completely willing to accept this isn't nefarious at all, considering Customer Support explained what was going on very quickly to my affected friends, but at the same time I cannot help but feel like further communication (such as an estimated time for the fixing of this glitch, as well as the apparent inability to bring this up on the Official Forums) has had some unfortunate gaps.

From my own personal experience the official forum definitely doesn't post everything we try to address. So yes there is definitely a nefarious, sinister agenda being pushed.

Thank you for responding here, but I have to agree with @LookitLight. My own experience with the main site message boards is hit or miss when trying to post about bugs or problems. Half of the time, my own posts attempting to start new threads about game mechanics not working properly never actually appear.

These are the contents of my third attempt to discuss this topic on the Official Forums which I have submitted for posting:

As you can see, there is nothing in violation of the Code of Conduct; this is just a report by a very concerned player trying to get well-deserved answers about a rather scary bug. I'll give this one a day or so, as per Message Boards approval, but it ought to go through. Then @Sparck can have his wish of us raising this issue through direct means.
