Gambits:
*All Shield Based Gambits now cost 11 pips
*All HoT and DoT Based Gambits now cost 7 pips
*All Blade, Weakness and Trap Gambits now cost 9 pips
*Balance Gambits do not follow these general rules
*Tribunal Oni: Effect changed to: x2 Gambit: 2 positive charms on self and 2 negative charms on opponent
*Duststorm Jinn: Effect changed to: x2 Gambit: 2 positive wards on self and 2 negative wards on opponent
Novus Spells:
*Scales of Destiny: Effect changed to Gain –35% universal shield if opponent has shield and gain 450 heal over 5 rounds if heal over time on opponent.
