They've moved Majid up the street to just outside the Amulet Shop, and placed Maxwell Sharp outside the Dye Shop:
I'm guessing they wanted everyone to see the new guy right away. (Pirate101 Players will recognize Will Bill Peacock from the Magnificent Seven in Cool Ranch.)
NOTE: Attempting to Rate an Outfit caused my game to crash...

GIVE THESE FOLKS A SHOP!!!
The buildings to either side of the entrance of the Shopping District has had it's lights out for the longest time. Put them in there or extend the shopping district itself. I don't think it's very nice to put these people on the streets, kids (our wizards essentially having not aged past their early teens lol) shouldn't have to buy anything from anybody on the streets.
What about the shops across the the Fairgrounds in the Commons?? Those have been empty since the beginning of the game!! Put some of those houses to use!!
