Ah it's been a while since one of these Raffles were a thing!

Probably one of my closest friends is Cody (or Autumn) ShadowMask. Me and Cody are the chillest people in the Spiral. We're both down to do whatever, help each other with whatever we feel like doing. One day Cody was helping me and my friend Diana with Badge Farming in Catmandu and Cody doesn't even care much about badges in the first place (as long as he has one he likes, Cody sticks with that so there's no need to farm badges). Cody helped us with this badge farming for a couple hours, granted it wasn't very difficult for Cody to tempest every battle, there was not much in it as a reward since Cody didn't care to get the Golden Horde Badges. And Cody would ask me to accompany him with Key Boss farming since Legendary Socket Wrenches dropped there and Cody knew there was a mutual interest in it because I wanted Spellements and the Guild needed the Azoth. We both understand each other and practice making each other's gameplay better. I think the friendship I have with Cody is that we're super chill and unbothered by the world/spiral, which is the epitome of playing the game in the first place. Playing Wiz has always been an escape for me from the incredibly destructive real life we live in and the moments of chill we have together invokes the reassurance that playing Wiz should have as little to do with the real world as possible. It's just fun and I think we help each other respect that about the game itself. I think Friendship itself is mainly about mutual respect, that we can trust each other to be who we are and honor one another. That's the foundation to people willingly opening up themselves to having genuineness in our communication and just silently respecting each others company.

One of my friends in W101 was Autumn Summerthorn, an ice wizard. I don't remember how or where we first met but we always had a good time together hanging out, chatting or roleplaying, in the latter of which I often took the role of villain while she the damsel in distress. Whenever one of us needed help questing the other would often try to help as best we could despite our huge differences in levels (she was Adept to my Legendary/Transcendent). Sadly one day I found out from her sister that she passed away, but despite that I still keep her on my friends list because of all the fond memories I have of her.

I'd post a picture of us together but I sadly don't think have one as this was many years ago and I didn't take many pictures back then. If I do find one I'll update this post.

I've been playing for a long time and when my grandson turned 7 he decided he wanted to play.
Being a 7 yr old he wanted to run around hitting mobs and doing all kinds of things *to help Gramma* .
He's played off and on over the years and recently started a new wizard but he's also finally going back to his first to do things like level up crafting, gardening, and finding all Zeke's lost friends. It's different playing with an 18 yr old now. It was fun watching him when he was younger but we have more fun now going back through the worlds trying to find things and quests he missed. It's brought back memories and we've had lots of laughs. Playing with my son or my grandson is never boring for sure. Collin is always trying to outdo his uncle in hits.
I also have fun reminding them Gramma is no slouch in that department. lol

Well my friends wanted to play Terraria and Liam got jasper to gift it to me last year so we each pick a class me summoner, Liam as ranger, and jasper melee/mage, so me and jasper died a bit (jaspy way more) and me and jasper go digging around pre hard-mode. I made some red torches in the ice biome, and it gave off a creepy glow with the nice shades of blue, white, and dark blue as we slowly dig lower and grab loot and try not to die from fall damage or mobs on the map we get into a jungle, Cavern, Granite biome etc. areas with some return pots to go back and forth dropping loot back at base, and I've been making TNT sticky bombs or buying them but with Liam as the host goes AFK if we want to play or start over in a new world. We are getting near **** at this point as there is a lot more lava now and i see this thin wall holding back lava as we dig and i just put a sticky TNT stick near it that take's about 3 sec to go off and fail to get up high enough and he has yet to see it and short after it goes off killing him oops~ but i also died trying to get away but i count as friendly fire got me giggling and lost like 50 gold.

I am Tavia Fireflower in game. My friend, Scott Dragontamer, is my best friend ingame and out. We enjoy exploring the spiral and questing together. We like to discuss the story and speculate on where it is leading. We stop and point out details in the landscape or mobs. I can't imagine playing Wizards without him.

This is probably not much, but I still remember the time I stumbled across @overtaker9 in-game.

It was Lemuria Test Realm, and I was questing through Mandoria at the time. Suddenly, seemingly out of nowhere, a Wizard walks up to my and says "Hey Brian WaterSpear, are you Lookit Light?"

I remember feeling stunned. That was the first time anyone has ever correlated my alias on the Message Boards to my Wizard's name in the game. I remember some discussion about the massive collection of Monstrology House Guests I liked to brag about at the time, and overall we had a friendly chat before going our separate ways.

I also remember this post from when he was trying to find me on here, which is part of the reason I decided to join the Central community in the first place.

We never met again in-game after Lemuria was live, though. That ought to be fixed! I still need to show you my whole Monstrology collection, @overtaker9!

It was Lemuria Test Realm, and I was questing through Mandoria at the time. Suddenly, seemingly out of nowhere, a Wizard walks up to my and says "Hey Brian WaterSpear, are you Lookit Light?"

I remember feeling stunned. That was the first time anyone has ever correlated my alias on the Message Boards to my Wizard's name in the game. I remember some discussion about the massive collection of Monstrology House Guests I liked to brag about at the time, and overall we had a friendly chat before going our separate ways.

I also remember this post from when he was trying to find me on here, which is part of the reason I decided to join the Central community in the first place.

It may not sound like much to you, but evidently it made enough of an impression that you still remember it, and thought enough about it to post and share with Central. That's what this is all about ... sharing what friendship means, no matter how simple it might sound. I get goosebumps reading some of these replies. Thanks to everyone who is sharing, and hope to see many more too.
