Beastmoon Spellements Reward

It's been awhile since I've gone for the spellement reward in Beastmoon, so it's probably my own fault for not checking first, but just when did the spellement reward in Beastmoon stop being Lore spellements? They could be Spiritual (or Elemental) and still be Lore Spellements.

And just when did it become 20 spellements instead of 25?

Just more examples of something the players like too much so the developers have to mess with it.

P.S. I had a second wizard all primed to claim the reward too. He has already claimed the 4 Needle reward. Don't think he'll bother now.

When they messed up the scroll that one time and sparck declared all amounts on scrolls are random.

It was changed to 20 a long time ago. I don't exactly remember when, but I do remember a lot of complaining (To be honest, some of the "comments" were excessive and even threatening, not all all constructive) when they said it would be one amount then only gave another amount which was a mistake at that time. After all the nasty complaining, they removed the claim of how many altogether and just gave out what they wanted to at that time, which has usually been 20. It really seemed like a rabid dog got their teeth in them and would not let go or give them a chance to do anything.

I kind of got the impression that due to some of the over-the-top complaints that were posted, they just said the heck with it and took out the indication of how many they would give. I remember this because of the specific nature and way some people complained and expressed their "displeasure" in a very combative way. I point this out as a caution, it is one thing to complain, but there is a point when the way a person complains will make KI just say "forget it" and come up with a quick and easy solution that may not be the best or what we wanted in order to just end the entire conversation altogether. In this case, I kid of agreed with them and we basically shot ourselves in the foot.

I know my observations are going to cause a stir with some, but it is still true; we all gotta watch our written tone when we have a complaint and remember that sometimes, we need to give them the space to find a fix or instead the answer will be "no" (for whatever reason).

Either Sparck lied and KI went with it, or he failed to communicate the change ahead of time! Bottom line, you will get what you get and be happy (pretty davos-esque if you ask me).

Bad decisions come from the top, they are just the victims of it like us.

As I said last year, the lesson they learned from the July fiasco was that if they don't tell us what the number of spellements is supposed to be then we can't complain that we got the wrong number.

But back to my original point - how come they aren't LORE spellements anymore?

I know they put all the lore spellements behind a gold key wall (read: pay wall) in the regular game a few months ago, but why mess with the special event rewards too? Are they really that determined to gouge every last crown they can out of the players? Oh, wait, stupid question. Silly me.
