403 Forbidden nginx on the site

Hey, whenever I try to access the website from any web browser or from my phone when connected to WiFi, I get '403 Forbidden' to both the main website and the forums. However, when I try to access using my phone's data, it works. I have been having this issue for a few days now and I was wondering if this is a problem with my IP or something.
