It's currently only available at GameStop, exclusively in-stores, for $39.

For some specifics, this Bundle includes 5k Crowns/1 Month of membership, a Lucky Cat Pet, a Zheng Mount, the Sacred Yarn gear, and the Catmandu Sanctuary house. The house looks amazing, in my opinion... but wish the interior was more unique... sort of copy and pasted from room to room. The yarn room is awesome though, love that idea! And there is TONS of outdoor space

I just saw it at my local Gamestop today. Sadly, they couldn't ring it up so they had to take them all off the shelf (it wasn't a "try again later" error, though they probably wished it was one since the cashier said that their systems were having issues for the last couple of weeks). Hopefully the official release date is soon, I really want one!

If Mooshu ever gets updated, I hope they use this sky & grass color. It'd be a million times easier on the eyes.

They're really making houses bigger and bigger these days. But honestly I think a lot of players would be completely satisfied with a smaller house, in fact I think players more often than not prefer a small house. It's easier to decorate smaller houses because you can add those small details you want without reducing the capacity for room elsewhere because there is less room to place thing in. Legit I was in a house yesterday where they barricaded several rooms and still had the semi-full 350 spaces unlocked.
