I had reported this as a bug to Customer (Non) Support, referencing this thread, and finally got a response:
@Sparck, and all you others who do (rarely) respond to posts here, is this true? Seems to me that YOU do some level of monitoring. Or was this just one of those things that you didn't bother passing along because it doesn't have a big enough impact on gameplay, and you know that (Non) Support wouldn't bother "wasting" their time fixing such a minor bug that has been around FOREVER? As @Dylan Windwalker said, the product is "good enough." Not fixing a bug because not enough people complain about it is NOT okay, it's the sign of a SHODDY product.
Is this just another typical case of the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing?
Not to mention that NON-MEMBERS, like me, cannot post to Halston's Laboratory or any of the other "official" forums they suggest I use. As I have told (Non) Support a hundred times, when I got a similar (non) response when reporting other bugs.
