Tapestry to Polaris

I like to make tapestries to the different worlds and I noticed I didn't have one to Polaris. Stopped at the vendor to get this recipe and I notice one item, the Extra Large Fish Cart is only available in the Witches Hoard Pack. Info from the WIKI says that pack was retired three years ago. What gives KI, don't you think a remake of that recipe is in order?

They did remake it - it used to require an Ice Dwarf Box from Empyrea!

OK so they dropped an item from the recipe that was doable unless you hadn't made it to Empyrea yet and replaced it with an item that is primarily non existent. Oh that was smart.....not.

Keep an eye on the bazaar. They are rare, but they do show up occasionally.
