2 Wizards, 2 rounds; depends on just how heavy a hitter you have. I use a storm, Attack +165%, Pierce (since Krokopatra is also storm) 34%. Not the heaviest of heavies, but getting up there.
Round 1:
Set-up wizard Potent Trap: Elemental, Curse or Hex
Hitter: Potent Storm Trap
Round 2:
Set-up wizard: Regular Trap
Hitter: Triton, with Epic
Except for the one time he didn't crit, has never done less than 11,107 Damage. Krokopatra has 11,040 life. That's what I mean by needs to be a heavy hitter.
If hitter doesn't crit, both wizards just flee, heal up and use dungeon recall. If you try to salvage battle and lose the instance is over and you will need to use the trophy to craft recharge.
One word of caution - if Krokopatra uses Sirens on first turn, you might not want to risk set-up wizard fizzling on second trap. Have set-up wizard and hitter cast regular traps on second round, and hit on third round.
One other time, on first round Krokopatra attacked hitter with Dark and Stormy, then felt alive and cheat cast Djinn killing Hitter. Hitter fled, used potion, dungeon recall, and got back in time to cast Trap on second round (Didn't have the pips to cast Triton). Third round knockout.
If your wizard isn't heavy enough, do a second round of traps and hit on third round. (With King Artorious)
