Have Ki Live streams helped?

Ki Live is probably the only way that the community player base has any chance of directly knowing what Ki is up to and their thoughts on certain subjects in the game. However unsurprisingly Ki will only pick up questions that match with their best interests and would be comfortable answering, leaving many of the more critical questions players have left in the dust without answers. I don't personally think this is a proper way of discussing key issues regarding the game because they don't want to talk about pressing things that would damage their image/reputation as a franchise, which hinders how freely we can ever communicate with them. Even the answers they do give for some submitted questions are very vague and do little to provide the player base with any extensive information or even properly correct information (as in changed later on, as many things in Test Realm change last second into Live Realm, so information specifically based on what Ki envision for Test Realm is not true of Live Realm).

But I want to hear your thoughts: What do you think of Ki Live streams? Have they helped? Or should Ki do more or something differently to address problems in the game?
