I just tried spiritual retriever and received this message twice, do they only work in certain worlds?





Found a chest to open in wizard city, is the cooldown really 5 minutes for retrieve?

Currently, Elemental Retriever will work in Wizard City, Krokotopia, Marleybone, Mooshu, Dragonspyre, Karamelle, and Lemuria. I haven't tried to unlock Sprit Retriever yet, but I would assume it works in the same worlds. Talents that don't currently function properly like the finder talents will not be able to open wooden chests in any world.

Which world were you in?

I was in Empyrea.

So,

1. I have to search for a chest in a world where I have no reason to have a CHANCE to get 1 spellement?
2. wait 5 mins to do it again?


Not to mention getting the tokens in the first place, sorry this is just silly.

How did you even get enough tokens? I've been farming that new secret boss for hours upon hours and all I got was one.

Opened 3 chest in WC which takes 15 mins and 3 mega pet snacks to got 1 leprechaun spellement. I regret my choices lol.

My Level 57 Balance wizard is questing in Celestia, yet this pet power (which took a humongous effort to unlock) fizzles in that world? I switched to Dragonspyre and of course ran the entire length of the Tower Archives only to not find a single wooden chest. now I have to leave for work.
@Sparck, @Arthur Wethersfield -- can you tell us how these Adventure Talents were designed and why they are so frustrating to use? I don't mind a time sink, but this is designed to be a TIME WASTER and player turn-off.

Before the Scout talents were all the rage I was running my Elemental and Spiritual retriever pets through DS, Karamelle, and Lemuria for the Reagent & Spellements. Got quite a few but the most annoying thing about the retriever talents are the rubbish TC that come with the Spellement drops. And because they are no trade / auction TC, it's a pain to have to trash them all the time.

On the plus side, at least they are better than any FINDER pet - has anyone ever found an elixir with Finder? Not me - out of about 30 chests, nothing.

Oh well, no thanks - I'll stick to Scout and chalk my two retriever pets up to another project that was a huge time sink with very little to show for it.
