A pet peeve I have with wizard101 is that, if I accidentally type my password incorrectly, which I do once in a long while, my account gets locked. Then I have to answer a captcha puzzle to unlock it. Unfortunately I play on a laptop which has 2880x1660 resolution. The problem is that the captcha is too small for me to see, with all nine pictures in a space about the size of a nickle. I tried about 20-30 puzzles tonight, guessing on them as I can't make them out when they are even slightly fuzzy or not well lit. I finally gave up, and logged into the website instead, where you get a reasonable sized captcha puzzle, and I was able to easily unlock my account.

Could you please increase the captcha puzzle size significantly when the customer has a high density monitor? 36 times larger would be fine, which would get me up to about 4 inches by 5 inches. I could see that.

The Captcha system is a human menace. It's literally a mechanism that's doing exactly what it's suppose to do. It's difficult for me, a human being, to adequately do the puzzle sometimes because the images are too vague or pixelated to discern what the puzzle is looking for, which would be no problem for a robotic algorithm. Not that this has anything to do with Ki but maybe they should look into a different means of identifying a player with their own account.

Not that I disagree with you about the Captcha system in general, but I'd be content with them making it large enough that I have a fair chance. Yes, dealing with pixelated images, or say, tiny crosswalks or cars or bicycles in the background, can be a pain even on larger images, but just image how hard it is if each of the nine images is 1/4 inch by 1/4 inch; it is nearly impossible.

I've had this happen to me too on occasion and like you can't see the pictures. Instead of trying to figure out the puzzle, I'll "X" out the launcher entirely and relaunch and start over, that brings me back to the very beginning. This usually works for me.

I think the solution is a simple one, and I have seen it at another site. Instead of the tiny little photographs, have them show a selection of different shapes in different colors to select/match up.

I think it's time we finally get the Treasure Card Vault that they decided to cancel. I personally love the Deckathalons but I HATE that I can't store all my TCs for them without basically having a dedicated account for them.

If nothing else, at least let us put the treasure cards in the shared bank or something like reagents. You've already added pvp level requirements but if I want to craft pigsie on my life and have 10 pigsie tcs on my death, I should be able to just transfer them to the character instead of either finding someone to help me transfer them with trading or use a different account for a tc mule basically.

I've been thinking about this and here goes my ideas.

Dilute the junk from packs. (I would buy packs again if it wasn't for 90% of the stuff being pure junk. This includes spellment cards. I will not buy packs anymore because of this known issue.)

Make a spellment card pack, so if people want to work on spells there is a pack just for that. (This would be a go to pack for people that want to improve or update their spells and it can be random.)

Increase the drop rate for school specific items for players of that school. (I have been farming the last battle for a few days now and I get the wrong drops off accounts.) Sure allow for off school to collect the items but raise the stakes on school specific items, so there is more of a chance you get what you want.

Increase the drop rates on the final battle. I spend all my time here so I selfishly ask that you bump up the gear drops because I have ran it a few times and my team has not gotten anything. Very discouraging. Fix.

I mentioned it already but it would be nice if family accounts could be allowed to swap items. I already have what I need it's just on an off character account, it would be nice if I could trade it to my other account.
