      This update is, well... mixed for me. On one hand, I appreciate some QoL changes here or there like seeing critical/block odds when hovering a spell. In regards to critical and block though, it's definitely a little scary. I haven't been to Arc 2/3 worlds all that much since the update, but even questing my new Myth through Wintertusk/Celestia I noticed a worrying amount of criticals from mobs/bosses.

      These crits aren't that impactful without extra base damage, but I imagine Mirage/Empyrea became a lot more painful for solo players now. I had the luxury of questing a majority of my characters (almost all of my schools except Ice) through these worlds when mobs didn't crit or block that much (or at all), but even when questing on my Ice I experienced the era of crits being unblocked basically all the time (by both mobs and players alike). If mobs/bosses start critting AND blocking unfairly like I'm hearing, that's very concerning.

      Also, I've noticed that the Licorice Whip wands are still visually bugged when stitched. They all seem to switch to the Abyssal Eel Whip when casting (or even in idle animations) and it's a little annoying. I looked online and found out that people were having this same issue months ago (around January iirc). Why hasn't this been fixed yet?

      So I am leveling up another wizard. he's in Empyrea Part 1 now, and just did the passageway from Outer to Inner Athanor.

      I don't remember the Terror being this hard. I kid you not.

      First battle, he spammed Glow Bugs on me. For the 2nd battle I put in storm shields, and he switched to Sandworms. After 2 or 3 battles of spammed sandworms, I switched out the storm shields for the right shield, and he picked that battle to switch to Gaze of Fate.

      And that doesn't include the times he cast Grrrnadir on me. I kid you not, he cast a Grrrnadir on me on time, crit unblocked, for over 4000 damage before I could even take a turn.

      What in the heck is a boss in Empyrea doing with Karamelle spells anyway? And I checked the wiki - Glow Bug is not supposed to be in his repetoire either. Why does one boss have such an array of shadow-infused spells? And seem to know in advance what shields I am packing?

      I finally got lucky. He only hit me with a tempest on the first round for just 900+ damage. I even finally managed to block a Gaze of Fate crit (Did I mention that he crit every single attack he cast, and I blocked less than a quarter of them) and was at 124 life while he had around 4800. But I finally managed to get a shadow pip and cast an Iron Sultan, bladed and crit unblocked, for just over 5000 points of damage.

      I kid you not, for all the bosses they have nerfed lately, they surely did ramp up the Terror to an obscene level.

      did you only use one wizard? or did you have other wizards in the battle? usually i dual boxed that guy.

      Did him solo. I did try to do a team up, but no one joined so I went back to solo.

      And still not even a response when we ask about the Karamelle badge bugs. This screenshot is from today, 5/2/2021. 5 copy qhats in play, still no badge for having 5 in play.



      How about it, @Sparck, or any other moderator, is anyone even looking at the bugs? They were reported back in February. How about fixing what is already broke before putting out even more shoddy work?

      Check out this thread that I started on FEBRUARY 8th. Sparck said he'd check on it, and never got back to us on what he found out.

      Is anyone else having an issue where the original teleport effect only works like 25% of the time? The other 75% just shows my wizards fading in and out.

      With the new stat caps, we can't see what a Player's or Friend's stat truly is in both PvP and PvE, since it's only in the character menu that the little info box appears. Will the UI be adjusted to be more universal?

      Yup definitely experiencing that. I've never really cared for it much since I just use my school's teleport effect but it must be very troublesome for a lot of other people especially given how EXPENSIVE the special teleport effects are, they're money (unsurprisingly might I add) is being cheated upon due to this bug. I would highly suggest fixing this quickly before players start quitting left and right due to the inefficiency of this company......................................

      Better yet, just write up instructions on how to get all badges in the game. It's irresponsible to keep this kind of information a mystery to us, leaving people who are seeking certain badges in the dark because nothing about the badges tabs right now tell players how to get a certain badge for the exception of mob-defeat related badges. This is in a dire need of a UI update and I've heard there's been expressed interest in designing something like this, I'm sure the community here would appreciate seeing this soon!

      I'm still noticing Arc 1 mobs and bosses blocking critical hits. Arc 1 mobs and bosses are supposed to have 0% block, yet they still block. Is this an issue for anyone else? I'm dual boxing my max myth with my level 26 ice in Marleybone, and I've noticed many fights where the mobs and bosses block the hits 100%.

      It's not block- it just appears to be. Max critical is capped at 95%. In cases where you use an AoE- chance to critical said AoE is calculated individually for each mob. However, the "critical" animation will play if you successfully critical against any of the mobs.

      So when you see a mob that doesn't take critical damage- it is not the case that they blocked, rather you did not critical on that particular mob. We are working on ways for the UI to better display this to players.

      However, if you are noticing critical being blocked with any single target hit against a mob with no block- that would be a bug- please let us know if this is happening to you.
