I think any one of those could definitely mean many dozens of packs. Some people just have that many crowns to splurge and Rare Tc is really good content that draws an audience, streamers would certainly want things like that to get attention...

Also I doubt TC Epic will stay illegal forever, I'm pretty sure Epic is not the last Sun spell we'll learn throughout the game that increases base damage... and when that happens I'm sure TC Epic will probably be dropped rarely the same way as TC Colossal

Is Epic illegal? I thought it was legally obtainable at some point? Aren't it and Lifebane the only ones in the OP that are okay to own?

I honestly don't know if its even retired or illegal (I was just saying that it will be more common of a drop in the future). The wiki states that the Epic TC is obtainable in the Myth Deckathalon and the Ice Deckathalon, both of which will rarely occur throughout the year though I'm not completely certain if they still are. It might not still be legally obtainable in the next Myth/Ice Deckathons since it could technically change each time they occur... Lifebane is definitely retired and I'm pretty sure is okay to own...
