"Kiosk Nightmares": Post Update Horror Stories

The title says it all. This is a spoof on the show "Kitchen Nightmares", but with the Kiosk and Pet Hatching! So post all of the steep prices, hatching timers, and anything that makes your jaw drop in this thread! Some little fun can't hurt, especially in times of strife.

Very first hatch I see is over 100K.

Yes way too much, gotta look for a epic pet to make it more cheaper to hatch

Don't got screenshots but had a kiosk pet mixing that cost a hair over 106,000 gold and when I mixed with a pet that cost 66,000 gold (thankfully), but to hatch a 2 hour hatch timer cost me an additional 11,000+ gold. So I went from over 400,000 gold down to 255,000 gold in just one hatch. Thankfully, the energy cost for pets remained the same so one positive over a bunch of negatives. Even Kitchen Nightmares had at least one positive lol

So much for cheaper hatching with younger Pets... The person who hatched with my Pet must be severely strapped for cash now!

Here you go. It goes off highest age and pedigree so you won't see lower costs then before this update took place if both pets have high pedigrees, or unless both pets are adult. It's the main problem with the new formula.

I did this hatch before Test came up this time and I am glad I did. This hatch is only about 1/2 the rates since the latest update. Players can't keep hatching with the new rates and not to mention the gold needed to actually hatch that egg.

The rate showing on this screenshot is comparable to what a player could expect to do with another player inside the hatchery. The main difference is that with the kiosk, players did not have to schedule a hatch or be subjected to others demanding multiple Hoard packs for a hatch. At most, the price between 2 players should not be more than the price of a Hatch Reset Elixir. That is what my friends and I always did, but not packs.
