Just wanted you to understand that it is a slow starting garden. However, once you get it going, the mature harvests from Ultra Ninja Figs are just flying, and they give more mega snacks than the regular ones. Just don't let them go to elder - wilt once about 3/4 of the mature->elder bar is complete. You'll get quite a few mature harvests by then.

There are somewhat faster setups - Helephant Ears->UHE->DHE and Trumpet Vines->Ultra Trumpet Vines, but they might require some more babysitting at first, and the quality of the snacks is slightly lower. The one requiring the most serious attention is the road to Deadly Helephant Ears, because the Ultra ones need to be wilted after the first mature harvest. and you need to visit them soon.

Overall, my long run favorite is Deadly Helephant Ears just because you get there and they stay with you forever, but UHE really need close attention before you arrive there. Ninja Fig is the most balanced of the ones I tried. @Vaivorik is probably the most experienced person with the Ninja Figs family, so contact him or her for more details.

Sure everyone is welcome to ask gardening (and other) related questions. At the moment I am growing about 530 Ninja Figs. That's a lot, but energy wise not too big problem. Can't say I am always happy with Ultra drops, but 2 from 60 is an average to me. Also growing 15 ultras and wilted them once by now.

I am also expanding my 100 Trumpet Vines and 20 King Parsley as well as few Helephant Ears. Not yet bothering with few their ultra counterparts.

Many years later, and this guide is still very relevant! I find myself heading down this path now to try and mature-harvest the 'Oni-No' cards for Deckathalons. The snacks will be great too.
