There's a lot of today left to go, keep a low profile.

Go grab a coffee and a bag of Oreos and let the world go by.

I had 2 cups of coffee, oreos, and chocolate chip cookies...the breakfast of champions!

Woke up to the smell of fresh coffee and bacon frying.

Rigo is still doing extra because of my hurt thumb. He went all out, Coffee, bacon, eggs, English muffins. Then when I settled down to the lap top he brought out fresh brownies and more coffee.

LOL...Maybe I should "milk" this hurt thumb for a week or so. Now about the Oreo cookies, maybe I could handle a little sugar, hehehe.

100% Yes. I remember them at my parents hangout, Prince Hamburgers back in the 60's, at the soda fountain my mom would take me to after a doctors visit and most recently a retro-burger shop back in the late 90's. Haven't seen any since, but thier out there!

We did have one retro-diner, the Hollywood Diner, in our area. They had these on the tables. But they recently closed down. Haven't seen them anywhere else.

While there's nothing wrong with honoring old traditions and customs, if it gets to the point where you're just constantly making up reasons/excuses to try to justify continuing on with them then it's time you reconsider whether it's still worth following them or not.
