Maria nodded. "Alright." She turned her head to watch the dancing, as she felt herself calm down. "Oh. Right." She suddenly turned back to the bright haired boy. "By the way I'm Maria. um, what's your name dragon boy?"

Jacob sat on the table that had been behind them and looked, about horizontally, at her, "Jacob. Nice to meet you, Maria. You're very pretty." Flames danced down his arms as his tongue slipped.

With that, I began to step away into the thicker part of the dancing crowd.
