(Ohh the love triangle begins!! XD)
(Thank you! ^.^ Yay, you all are so awesome~ Thank you SO much!)
~Cassius~
I took one gentle step to the left, making sure to start out slow. At first, I kept an eye on our feet, ensuring that I was leading her correctly. Left. . . Down. . . Right. . . Up. . . Left. . . Down. . . Right. . . Up. . .
Mizu took a deep breath, following his lead.
She wasn't the best at dancing, but she was better than the rest of the people who fumbled around!
She looked up into his face, grinning ear to ear with her soft, Crystal-clear gaze.
(I believe the Love Triangle has been obvious for a while.. LET THE BATTLE BEGIN)

Maria glanced at the ball room, her plate, then back. She sort of wanting to watch the students dance, but still not wanting to herself. She glanced around the room. It didn't seem like they'd be clearing the plates yet, so it should be fine to leave it. She slowly rose from her seat and walked to the doorway that led into the ball room. She stopped and leaned her side against it as she watched the dancing.
They're good... She let out a soft whistle.

I sigh and stand reluctantly- I wasn't just going to sit there while everyone else had fun. I had to quench this awkwardness!
Two minutes later, I am still standing in the same spot, alone.

Oh, no. She's smiling at me. What... What do I do? In reply, I gave her a sort of smirk, which was really just a bland and awkward lift of my lips. Hm. She wasn't as bad at dancing as I anticipated her to be. I gave her a small twirl, then replaced my hand on her hip and continued to keep the pattern going.
(Sorry I was watching TV! I have returned now! What did I miss!?)
After a few minutes of observing the dancing, Maria glanced around the dinning room behind her to see who else wasn't dancing. Suddenly a bright orange haired boy caught her interest. That's the dragon boy who stood up for Cassius, isn't it? She thought to herself. She pushed herself off the wall and walked over to him, putting on a very casual look. She thought that if he stood up for him, then that was a good change he wasn't judge-mental towards half bloods like herself. Which meant, potential friend. Plus, if she didn't try to make friends now, she probably wouldn't until classes started and she really didn't want that.
Maria gave him a wave as she got closer. "Hey there dragon boy." She said, giving one of her smiles that hid how much she was spazzing out on the inside. "Not dancing?"
Good. Good. This is a start. She thought to herself. Not just manage to not spit awful sarcastic comments at him and you might just get a friend!

Mizu giggled lightly, her face getting brighter when she heard a whistle from across the room.
She felt...awkward. People were staring, some even laughing. She took it all in good stride, however. This was fun!

Mizo leaned against the wall, glaring out their line of vision.
Why is she with...that filth? He thought bitterly, his eyes cold.
(They really are direct opposites huehue)
