When sending Wizard101 Support questions, make sure they are only Technical problems or have to do with your Billing. Asking them about Spoilers or certain dynamics of the game will not get you an answer.

Since support questions are answered in the order in which they are received, game play questions can slow down the entire process, and prevent us from answering a technical or billing question in a timely manner.
