First the open chat issue has been resolved and second there is nothing to fix, Ice resist is completely fair, in fact, now its lower and everyone else got global resist.

This thread is old and has since been updated. This thread has been getting bumped recently by people who are not paying attention to when this thread was made. It was made in January of this year, almost a year ago.
