I have a few tips

1) Make sure you are calm when your sending ki a message. A lot of people would be surprised how harsh they sound when angry so calm down before you start typing.

2) Always be respectful. Being rude to the costumer support person who reads hundreds of messages every day is an easy way to get them to send you an auto-response without actually reading your message or just ignoring you all together. Being respectful tells the person in support that they can actually work with you.

Lots of times people send in new spells, cards, pets, mounts, houses, features, etc. that sound great, but would take forever to put into the game. Not to crush anyone’s hopes, but have you seen many customer-submitted spells that Kingsisle actually put into the game? They probably send back a “thank you for your ideas, we’ll put them into consideration!” autoreply.

You won't believe me but I like to send fan email to Demi Lovato and there's an autoreply everytime I send one that says "I will reply. Thank you for the email ♥". KingsIsle may have something like that too.

Ra was a user-submitted idea. WHY DID THEY HAVE TO ADD THAT?! Why not any of the other great Balance spell ideas, like Universe or Scales?!
