Just go to the Twitter website, and make an account. Then you can search members and follow their tweets

I just tried to find these for my Twitter account. Only Wizard101 and JToddColman showed up under "Find People".

The way I found the others was to go to the Wizard101 page and click on their "Followers" link. All the rest were among their 364 (at the moment) followers.
