icourt -- It looks like the downtime last night did fix the Sockets on the lower levels. Checked my backpack this morning, and the "Any Level" gear does not have the Sockets now. Screenshots...

Just posting some screenshots from the Cerberus Master Pack for reference. I received a Ring and an Amulet, Any Level, and they had Sockets listed.
The one Wand, Any Level, did not have any Sockets...
