Pickles and Procrastination

Stating the obvious, my blog has gone through a make over a few days ago. It's simple, clean cut, bright, and I am really happy with how it turned out. Please tell me what you guys think of it. :]

---------

I've had 4 failed attempts at Soloing Malistaire's dungeon and each time I never went through with it. Either I left to check something on central, got disconnected and was to lazy to log back in, or...well, actually that's pretty the only reason.
I'm so determined to solo this dungeon each time I start, then by the time I've had a few fights I'm like: "eh...not fun anymore, let's see what's going on in central for a little while..."
But, I have to get to do this before I get to Celestia so I'm in a tug-of-war battle between myself and my laziness. Maybe one day I'll get this done....hopefully.

I've also been meaning to get readying all the books on my book shelf in my room. It's 3ft 3in across and has 2 shelves, each which are filled to the brink with books. I went through a faze a few months ago where I was just obsessed with reading. When ever you saw me I was either on my bed reading or on the computer searching up new books to buy. (mainly from thrift stores) It got to the point where I read a 500+ page book in one day, then reading another half of one before I went to sleep. So after the faze when away, I'm stuck with 72 books and only 30 of them have been read. I know, I know, that's pretty bad.

So, back on topic, I've been trying to read before I go to sleep but I fight it so hard to read long term. It's not that the books are boring because they're really interesting, it's just...well...look at the title. -.-'

When it comes to procrastination, I nominate myself as the queen. -sigh-

In other news, I've damaged my pinkie toe. Being my clumsy self, I ran into my door around midnight on the 6th/7th. Over what? Throwing away a paper plate I held my pickles on. Yes, I'm going to blame it on pickles, it makes me feel less stupid. Don't laugh.

Four days later and it's still hurting. The swelling on the area of my toe is finally going away, but when ever I attempted to walk on the left side of my foot, it feels like 20 needles at hitting my toe then a hammer decides he's going in on the fun to. I know I can rule out it being broken (it's not purple) or bruised [70% sure], so I think I cracked the tip of the bone. It stinks not knowing, but what can a visit to the doctor really do?
"Okay miss, so you seemed to [insert cracked/bruised] your bone. Here's some over expensive pain medication that you don't need. Stay off it, ice will help, and there's nothing else we can do for you. So, about that payment?..."
So I'm stuck wondering what the heck I did to my toe and hoping it goes away soon.

HAHAHA. You remind me of myself so much.. I procrastinate and I am clumsy myself too. Woah. As for the new layout, pretty awesome! However, I do admit it is a a bit too bright. Maybe making the font black instead of gray? I hope your toe gets better ^^

I told you not to laugh. :[

Thanks for the comment though, I have to admit I did laugh when I read your comment. lol

I think black would be...(searching for the right word) to 'in your face' so I changed it to the darkest grey. Look better?
