Cheaters in Briskbreeze Tower

Hi Calamity Grove here Death Grandmaster. My sister, Jasmine Soulwisper, Storm Grandmaster, and I couldn't find a group to do Briskbreeze so we thought what do we have to loose, let's explore. We take on Malistaire together so we might be able to do this.

We got to the first Boss and he summoned a Fire Minion. Without any blades or traps the minion attacked with a Meteor strike that had 9000 hit points.

Needless to say we were dead. Fire shields would have reduced the hit but WOW!

I want revenge! LOL

Yes, once his minion hits 3 pips, you are all pretty much dead. The boss also interrupts with meteor constantly. Just quench the boss and he's not that tough. He may remove traps, every round, but not quench! His Heckhound sure does pack a punch tough!

I had the same problem... no one to do the tower with. So I decided to try it by myself and summon some henchman. Well it ended the same way for me... death by fire. It seems to me that no one seems to want to do the tower once they've seem what happens to you if you can take out the boss fast enough.

Cry - You have confused the Boss on level 4 and the final boss together....

The Boss on level 4 will summon a minion that will need to be dispatched before it reaches 4 pips. The Boss himself attacks like any other normal Fire boss.. And yes Quench will work and reset the pips back to 1 and you have an additional 3 rounds to finish him off.

The Boss on the final level is the Trap removing/Heck hound/Meteor Strike person... Detailed more in my guide.

It seems like if you had both tower shield and a 70% fire shield you could survive that Meteor Strike. If it started at 9000 base damage, shouldn't these two shields reduce the damage to like 1,100?

I'm not good at Wiz101 damage math . . .

I love the anxiety of seeing three pips on his minion and casting a Helephant praying you don't fizzle.
