Question about family accounts
I have a regular account and I let my nephew create his character on the same account. What if I want to upgrade to a family account, will he have to start over?
It doesn't look like I can move his character over to the new account. Also, it doesn't look like I can just pay extra to let both of us use the same account and be logged in at the same time (just on different computers). What are my options? |

We had this same problem back in April as I started my wizard on one of my son's spot on his account...
E-mail Wizards customer service - support@wizard101.com and they can transfer the Wizard from one account to it's own account for the purpose of starting a family account. If I remember correct they are going to ask you to start the new account so they have an account to transfer the wizard to. Hope that helps.

KI should be able and willing to move this wizard over to the new account for you after you create the new account, they will appreciate the additinal revenue I am sure =)

I switch my wizards to different account all the time. Just click Here. And send them what wizard and what account you wanna send him to.
