For some time now, I haven't been working on my newer wizards. However, I did manage to get Malistare's Sorcerer Cloak after days of hunting. With a whole bunch of other items, Tyler Boomrunner goes beyond 3000 HP.
I'm definitely not the first, but it is rare to witness. The highest health for a Sorcerer as of now is 3060, but I'm not going to try aiming for it.
Keep in mind, this means that Theurgists can also go beyond 3000 HP.

Yes, entirely possible if you choose to have that. Get the Gurtok ring and Gurtok dagger.
