Just today I did Trial of The Spheres on my legendary life just for fun :P and when I got to Mithraya, she was smokescreening me and my henchmen and it said inked! Here's a picture of it.

Yeah, since she's a squid, she "inks" you. But it's just Smokescreen.
Edit: Oh wait. That's not the squid. That is a bug then :P
