How would you progress differently? What would you change? But at the same time, how would you ensure that Ki gains revenue?
This is a difficult question because we don't know the specifics of Ki's toxic relationship with Gamigo or many others secrets that they have right now that we could base some opinions on evidence but you can just consider action based on what you've seen and your experiences in the game. I guess you can make changes based on your assumptions but make sure you explain reasoning and whatnot (if you want lol). I think Ki is moving in a quite questionable direction but in this hypothetical, YOU can change that (or at least you should be able to as Boss of Ki lol). Get wild if you want, cake and pizza everyday wild

Oh what a can or worms you just opened, to start, I would:
- Do EVERYTHIING possible to bring back as much of the original team that made W101 great in the first place
- Gather ALL the existing developers, sales and management teams and suspend them w/o pay until they successfully complete a detailed series of training courses in customer service, customer appreciation, business economics and ethics and most of all, proper business communications.
- With the exception of working on the next world/arc, stop all new project development and place 100% priority in fixing all bugs and issues
- Set up a new department dedicated in QA that answers to me and me alone so I can make sure nothing gets "swept under the rug" ever again
Yeah, I know some will think my ideas are harsh or unreasonable, but experience has taught me that sometimes a business get so lost from its original path that a complete house cleaning and reprioritizing is in order. I have never understood the need for one company that falls in love with another for their success to buy/take it over and then throw out everything that made it what they fell in love with and then run it into the ground because "they know better"
