Sea Lord Respawn

I was hoping to farm this boss, but cannot get him to respawn. Does anyone have experience with getting this boss to respawn? The summoning crystal is not there after the first fight.

I experienced this too a couple of months ago back when my Storm was in Dragonspyre. It sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. I don't know how other players do this but somehow they spawn him using the summoning crystal but I usually just fly by realms or wait for a later time to do those fights and join theirs

There's a sidequest that lets you interact with those crystals to respawn those bosses. I don't remember which quest it is specifically, but I think Lazslo gives it. It may be the other NPC that's right there by the statues.

Edit: Did more looking into this and the quest for the Sea Lord specifically is Foe of Foes, which is a main quest, not a sidequest like I thought. No Weaklings Allowed opens up the Earth Elemental fight and is a few quests before Foe of Foes. The other 2 statue bosses should become available with one of these quests, but I don't remember which one.

I have been able to get some respawns. It seems like this is a glitch that goes back to at least 2013.
