Want does your perfect house look like to you?

Regardless of what housing items you would decorate that house with, I'm talking more about the foundational structure of the house. What would your perfect house look like? Is there a house already in the game that is already like the perfect house than you envisioned?

The first castle I obtained was Wysteria Villa. I really like this castle and it is really the only one I will intermittently update. Design-wise I like the ample outdoors, water features, pathways, display areas and planting spaces. Inside, I like the open feeling between rooms and the connection to the open spaces. My only drawback is that I would like to have this castle in a dusk or nighttime setting. Another favorite is my Darkmoor Manor castle. I tend to drift towards the spooky, eerie, macabre settings. I love the old scary movies like Dracula, Frankenstein, etc. So if I had to pick a new castle that might be perfect for me; it might be the Wysteria Villa in The Heap.

As far as existing houses in the game, it would be a coin toss between the original death house, the Life house and the Imperial Palace. I have all 3 on my Life Wizard Nathaniel Lifefriend and they are all on the Castle Tours.

A nice log-cabin house up in the mountains, over looking a valley. In-side open space with light natual wood coloring, the rustic look with stainless steel appliances and Corian counter tops. Warm and welcoming feel to it seeing a large fireplace, oversized couch and chairs in the living room. 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a farmers porch. Working on that dream

I'm sorry but I had to laugh so hard at the closet. I was a manager of a hotel in Waikiki at the same time the Marcos family had escaped the Philippines. Our hotel was one they stayed at for a short time and Imelda literally needed a room just for her shoe collection...this is not a joke, it was real and also a real pain to have to explain to the housecleaning staff.

1: Houses from the earlier days of the game (Wysteria Villa, Watchtower Hall, World-themed Houses, etc.) with modern graphics. Just imagine a Storm House with today's modelling and textures!

2: More up-to-date Krototopia-themed house, complete with a small Mander village, a Krok tomb, a scenic oasis pond and a Krototopian Houseboat that you can ride for Daily Rewards!

3: A house themed on The Wild/Wyrd in Avalon, with a comfy cottage and an expansive forest filled with a cast of strange and wonderful sylvan creatures. I imagine this being a far more animated house, with bushed and trees rustling, Imps flying overhead, Leprechauns moving about a small mushroom village and even the occasional Unicorn crossing a path!

My opinion of a perfect house is one where things line up with a grid perfectly in a modular way while also providing the player with many options and spaces to decorate various ways in a way such that perhaps a doorways are just the right size for hanging feathers wall items or maybe there's a circle that's just the right size to plot a garden that's not too far from the Spiral Door when you teleport home. That same circle could also instead be used decoratively, but the point would be that the option of placing plants in that space would've been considered and was made to support that idea.

Have you ever tried to place a fence along the edge of a floating land only to realize it's not parallel and would look weird? The advanced options have served as a solution for that, but imagine if you could just place a fence and every edge lined up and the corners either had detail or the land curved in a way that the land wouldn't feel blocky. Maybe it'd have slopes, but the height and dimensions would make it so that if a player builds a 2-story castle block house off the edge, the lower floor and higher floor could be at the same exact heights as the house's grounds, so no one would have to worry about the stairs inside the building not being tall or short enough. Another practical idea would be for there to be a wall item section by the door where you port home so if you're in a rush to the bazaar or some other place, you could hang tapestries in a way so they're not too close to each other so you won't port to the wrong place by accident, and also so it's not much of a walk to reach the desired tapestries. A space for the gravulum and team-up items or maybe gear & seed vaults could be nice. If there's a stairway indoors with rails, maybe you could place small, decorative items on the thicker posts so you have candles, skulls, or maybe those little Aztecan dino/bird statues if anything at all. Long story short, it'd be a place full of opportunities to utilize what's there so the player has many given options to work with instead of just an empty plot or one that's already too specific & decorated to place more stuff in.

I could keep going on this, but long story short, it'd revolve around ideas of how the player might use the space daily while providing more than one option for where to plant a garden or place a bunch of pets or crafting tables. It'd be neutral enough so anyone could decorate with any theme but also provide opportunities for certain housing items such as fences, tapestries, vaults, plants, and statues to fit well. Wallpaper and flooring would line up properly with the grid so that sofa you might want to place against a wall is perfectly centered and close to the wall without having to glitch it.

A perfect house in one word? Modular. Everything else you'd consider perfect would fall into place much easier.

Probably something that could be found in the one area in Lemuria


I grew up in a large 2 story home with a 2 and 1/3s house worth plot of land, it was a small town granted and is worth alot now but one can dream.
