Phantastic Jinn - odd failure

I am having the strangest problem with Phantastic Jinn. It shows in my spell book and I can load it into my deck ( I have used the Barbed Case of Stratagem, then an Enigmatic Deck to make sure), but it never turns up in combat! It's like that space in the deck doesn't exist. I was really looking forward to seeing this guy in action, but he's always a no show. I've tried to use him a number of times now on different days and in different realms. He's lost to me.

Are you using it in PVP? If not it's only a PVP spell not for use against mobs or Bosses.
I was confused at first with my schools spells until i realized this.

It's a PvP only spell so it won't show up in your deck in a PvE battle.

its a PvP only spell they really should move the spells with how much confusion they have made

I agree - the PvP-only spells should NOT be trained by our main school trainers, they should be learned from Diego or a new trainer in the Arena. They should also be a different color or something to differentiate them from normal spells, not just have a tiny icon that is easily overlooked.

I wasted time training them on several wizards before I realized what they were. How did someone on the developers' side not realize this confusion for players would result?

Now I wish there were a way to UN-train certain spells! To be honest, I have never taken an interest in PVP. And yes, those spells need to be obviously marked as to what they are. I have cluttered my spell book with stuff I will never use.
