The Coven's Yuletide Stitch Contest

We're in the midst of Yuletide, and the Coven need your help creating a Yuletide mascot outfit
for their 2021 celebration! The Coven want a Yuletide-themed outfit, but one that still encompasses
what it means to be a bird. They don't care what gear you use (gear from the bazaar, farmed,
crafted, crowns, bundle, etc), as long as it's not "lazy", as in using the Santa Hat, Robe, Boots,
or Nutcracker pet. Any stitches that use the Santa Hat, Robe, Boots, or Nutcracker pet
will not be considered for the mascot.

The Coven will compensate those who create unique outfits,
all will be placed in a draw for the following rewards:

Draw 1 - 7,500 crown shopping spree
Draw 2 - 2 Energy Elixirs
Draw 3 - Tropical Candy Cane (Perm)
Draw 4 - Raven Wings (Perm)
Honorable Mention - Your choice of candy cane mount

Rules:

1) You will be disqualified for using the Santa Hat, Robe, Boots, and/or the Nutcracker pet.
2) Outfit shall include a hat, robe, wand, and boots. Pet is optional.
3) You CAN enter this contest more than once to boost your chances - each entry must be a new outfit.
4) Prize type, amount, and/or draw number may change without notice.
5) This contest will close to entries at 11:59pm CST Tuesday December 21, 2021.

If it's not labeled as "Santa _____" then it's good to use. And I'm keeping this contest short because I'll be out of town the week between xmas and new years so I won't be able to log in at all between xmas eve and jan 2, 2021.

Oh dear, I'm afraid this is one of my favorite types of contests. I haven't really been able to keep up with all the events going on and irl events, but I did want to enter this contest if at all possible!

The way I see it, this was a nice little challenge that I'm not used to due to 2 required criteria:
- Bird Form
- Yuletide Theme

I am providing 4 outfits on my take of this criteria; feel free to include them as separate entries or as all-in-one, I leave it totally up to you as I wasn't sure if I needed to submit these in separate posts to count as separate entries.

Legends speak of a creature known as The Raven of the Wastes. Long ago he was a raven both feared and revered for his cunning and might in both strategy and battle which won him fame and fortune the likes of which ravenkind has never seen before. Eventually he settled down and decided to use his newfound fame, glory and fortune to help those in need while also punishing those who misuse their power for ill-gotten gains. Decades later he was forced to battle those who became jealous of his accomplishments, some of whom were his former allies, and after a long drawn-out battle he was eventually put down, his name now lost to history forever. These days it is said that whenever one is lost in the frozen wastes of Ravenscar a raven-like figure with pale eyes wielding a winged staff can be seen in the blizzard, dubbed by the locals as The Raven of the Wastes. What does this mean? Is it a sign that he wishes to continue his crusade of kindness by helping those in true need or is it an omen of doom for the poor travelers who are destined for death after a lifetime of greed and vanity? In the end none can say for sure...

Here are my entries for this stitch contest! I tried to limit myself to one piece of X-Mas gear per stitch, and themed each outfit around a specific idea. Thanks for hosting this contest!

Seeing how I own over two thousand Frost Flowers, I was inspired to create a sort of "frost sprite" stitch with floral accents. I of course had to use a classic Sprite pet as my feyish accompaniment!

You can't have fairies without a fey queen, so here's my "snow queen" stitch! As befitting of royalty, this outfit has a noble stag mount and a spritely retainer.

It's not the holiday season without baked goods! Here's my "ginger breadman" costume, alongside his partner in crime, a devious holiday elf.

It wouldn't be Yuletide without a throwback to the older holiday stores! This is my "yuletide spirit" stitch. My only gripe is that the candle wand doesn't touch the ground!

You better hide your presents when this Krampus wannabe is around. But hey, at least he's considerate enough to wear a mask while yoinking your gifts! Although that may just be to keep the coal dust at bay..
