Attached are uncropped ingame screenshots showing the update for the Item Card:Mana Burn.
It was changed from "loses 4 Pips..." to "loses 3 Pips...". The Wiki page will be updated.

Appears the Mana Burn Item Card has been updated again. Noticed when I was making the page for the "Amazing Mind Talisman," and found an item that had the old version and it updated too.
It's now No PVP and 85% accuracy. I will be updating the page shortly.
