Lady Cat is gone

That's so sad to hear.. I just started logging on again and thought to myself that it was weird that I didn't see her logged on at least once during the time. She was so helpful and kind and I'm so very sorry to her family and cubs to hear that it happened so close to the holidays.

I'm so thankful that I had an opportunity to meet her in game.

And it was very sweet for central to place that on her account - she always brought a smile onto my face whenever I saw her post and I am going to miss seeing it everyday.

Lady Cat was a staple of central since the very beginning. I remember when I first started, seeing her active in nearly every thread. Having her thank your post and then replying "Lady Cat says meow" was like an initiation in a sense. I didn't get to personally get to know her well but it was always nice running into her in Scarecrow realm on wiz, and seeing her bring positivity to every thread on central. You will be sorely missed, Lady Cat.

I'm at a loss for words. Lady Cat was a staple part of the Central experience, and her kindness, wisdom, and maturity were an inspiration and reminder to stay grounded and friendly to all. I will miss her - I did not ever have the chance to meet her in-game, but I enjoyed seeing her contributions to Central threads over the years.

I've been away from Central for most of the year and just heard about her passing from a couple people who used to be active here as well. I just wanted to say that Lady Cat was always one of the nicest people on this site, always so positive and helpful. When I was new here and clueless as to how the site works, I made a silly thread asking what the symbols and badges were next to people's names, and how I could get some for myself. Lady Cat went and purchased some for me with her own Forum Gold, simply out of the kindness of her heart (the Hydra and the "Secret Shopper" badge).
