That OOPS! Moment...

One of the fun things about this game is that we all have many, MANY learning moments.

But, then there are the moments.

My First one was thanks to that darned Briskbreeze Tower!

It was when I was still new to the game, and the Tower had just come out. Talk about a pain at the time. With the help of my friends, we completed the tower on my first wizard (Balance) and that was a relief to have done...

Then came my second wizard (Storm). Again, with my friends, we went through the entire thing and finally finished the last Boss. I was so excited to be done, I ported out BEFORE talking to the stupid Corporal.

I have really disliked that tower ever since, but lesson learned to not be in too much of a hurry.

I used my Life's Elucidates and Simplifies back in the day, ironically I still have them since I never sold the enchanted spells

Also there's been plenty of times where I didn't walk into a particular spot in a dungeon and then I killed a boss before actually getting the quest to kill that boss and since the boss doesn't respawn, I had to do the entire dungeon over again in order to complete that quest. Good times.

Well, I have to say that at the time (not so very long ago), I didn’t realize that the Tomb of the Beguiler was a side quest. At about level 25 or so, I went in over and over again. I had no chance of course. Then some of my high level wizard friends came with me and saved the day.
Now I know better.

I sold my Selena Gomez statue and painting along with my Veteran's Day statue to a vendor in the Shopping District because monkey brain went "Ooo, shiny gold pieces!"

my very first wizard which was balance and i was trying to learn every spell from ALL the schools. so i had all the first level spells and life up to satyr. fortunately i deleted that one. the second balance wizard(currently still have) i learned a little but learned most of the moon spells. fortunately i was able to use members benefits to buy back all the training points.

i actually had a oops! moment when i agreed to help out someone with briskbreeze years ago as he said he figured it out. boy was that an oops. i think i only have two wizards that completed that one.

For me, it was the same as some of the others. It was teaming up to do a boss but then not realizing that I didn't talk first, then had to fight again. Happened more than once...
