Critical and our Shadow Pip meter are getting some changes in the Spring Update!

As you can see, with Shatterhorn selected the Player has a 94% chance to achieve a Critical with a damage bonus of 1.62x. The Feral Felons have a 5% Chance to Block your Critical as well.
Our Shadow Pip Gauge will at long last show a percentage for how full our Gauge is!
This will be incredibly beneficial in PvP, since it will lessen the RNG aspect of the meter. I do wonder if we can view the percentage of other people though.
