This is the first time I have see no reagents available.
It happens a lot more than you think. So much so that there's a thread about it.
I feel like certain reagents used to spawn in the bazaar but have been removed from doing so and now we have this a lot.
Omg
I think I love you more than paper tick

Bots may be a part of it, but also realize that people who play wiz now are getting older and smarter. Selling reagents is rarely EVER a good idea, and buying reagents is the easiest way to get them. So the demand >> supply.
I don't remember the last time I sold a reagent. Even once I reach 999 of a reagent from gardening, I just store them on another wizard. Will I ever use them? I don't know...but maybe a future recipe will need these leather straps!
Lastly, people are FLOWING with gold. I don't know about you, but I grow upwards of 500 potatoes and 500+ other plants (EMPs, ivy leagues, boiling peanuts, fish on a vine, etc). This is a consequence of keeping up with my empower trading habits, and the insane hatching costs nowadays. This means at least 4 of my wizards will always be at max gold, when I'm not actively hatching. Whenever that happens, I look to buy empowers TCs or random reagents to keep my gold low.

well I for one sell reagents whenever i see they are out of stock. But i sell 5, no more, to get max price.
And if somebody has patience, they can make quite a lot of gold out of bazaar, selling when there are none and buying when there are more than 400.
In that case, selling price will be higher than buying price, which is the base of speculation.
Of course, it takes time; time that most prefer to spend actually playing other aspects of the game, but hey, there ARE games based on economy, and i'm pretty sure some people at W101 are hooked on that.
