Just had a very un-productive day hunting badges. The following badges are either broken, or there's some other condition/requirement they're not telling us.
Forged in Fire - Defeat Heidi after she activates +100 damage aura. Except, after she summons/sacrifices 3rd minion for +60% damage aura, any further attempts to summon minion either fizzle, or it just doesn't materialize. If you only have 2 wizards in play, won't even get 3rd minion. If doing solo, won't even get 2nd minion.
1 'n 100 - Defeat Bundozer with a teammate at Full HP and another at 1% or less. we started a battle with 3 wizards at full health, and another at 1 life. We went first, and 3 feints led to a first round knockout. 2 wizards who didn't already have it got the aura endura badge, but no one got 1 'n 100 badge.
Qhat of all Trades - Have 5 Copy Qhats in Combat. (Badge name may be incorrect.) See screenshots in earlier post. Did it solo, and with another wizard. No badge.
Not to mention the judge veg badges that are just plain impossible. The few times that I came close, I had to wait to get polymorphed. By which time the judge used healing birds for 2500 points of heal over 3 rounds. Even a lulu (yes, I got a shadow pip and was able to cast it) only did about 600 damage. You have to knock him down to almost dead, and hope to get polymorphed before he heals.
Almost forgot - Drawless Victory. How can we win if we can't cast a spell. Even won with a 6 card deck, so I couldn't "draw" anything. Still no badge.
I am tired of wasting time and effort on badges that are broken. @Sparck - Any comment from the developers?

This badge problem is really getting out of hand. I'm disappointed by the fact that Kingsisle is leaving it up to the collaboration of players to figure out something Ki already knows and for whatever reason won't disclose. I really hope there is a "Dev Notes" by Ratbeard soon that explains this "new" way of earning badges
(And I don't mean over Twitter the way that Matt revealed how the Fellspawn Badges worked out)

@LucasBoomstone - pray tell, what does "properly" mean? What did you do that DID work?
As has already been reported, a ton of fails so far with some of these badges and what is so frustrating is not knowing if we're not doing it right OR because the game is glitched. I think it's safe to say "Forged In Fire" is borked, but it would be really nice to know if the others aren't working as well or is there something we're missing.

I don't like the direction KI is going with these new badges. Badges should be awarded for accomplishing something. Defeating a boss solo, or with a one-hit take out, is accomplishing something. Defeating a thousand of a mob may be overly grindy, but it is accomplishing something. But defeating a boss on the 14th turn (treemugger)? Just what does that accomplish? Or defeating a different boss (copy qhat) with 4 wizards who are all the same school? Or making sure a full team of wizards all have 0 pips the moment treemugger is defeated? How does that prove what a great player you are? Too many of these new badges with off-the-wall weird conditions (Drawless Victory) serve no real purpose, and are not going to be possible for people who have to rely on random teamups.
I still would like to know how anyone other than a balance (boosts on balance) or storm or maybe even ice (scions can double damage on the first round) can solo Jamburglar in three rounds.
