Item: Darkwraith's Umbral Boots (Level 60+) No Stats?

I fished these boots out at Darkmoor Manor this morning, but they have no stats. The wiki page for the Level 60+ boots has stats listed.

When I moved them to the Shared Bank, my lower level wizards could not equip them, so they aren't the Any Level, No Stat boots just mislabeled.

Thanks Willow. This might sound confusing, but this is what I did.

Based on your post, I set up this new page for Item:Darkwraith's Umbral Boots.

Even though it is not the 'Any Level', the stats show the 'Level 60+'. I am not sure if that is an error on KI's part, or 'as intended'.

I did this because I remembered similar questions on other pieces of normally 'Crowns Only' Items, with Bonuses. I remembered this one post from a long time ago that is similar to this issue. See this thread:

I'm not sure if the other Wiki Masters agree with this reply, so I will mention them, in case there is some other approach needed.
