Mr. Baxby, I'm not sure if you have the ability to answer this question, but I think a simple "Yes I am" or "No I am not" might suffice if you can even say that much... but here goes:

Do you have anything to do with the revamping of the current %-Based system into the +/- Based system mentioned in the Developer's Post Mortem interview? (Last October)

Also, can you tell us how much we, who are GMs and heavy into our ways in the game, will have to relearn to play?

I cannot comment much on the revamping process or ideas about that. That is all done by our design folks and they are doing great job as far as I can see. My area of expertise is the client code that takes the data from designers and make proper use of it. But how the data is structured and defined - that is design's job.

Thank you so much for answering my question in as fair and honest a way as you can . I am eagerly looking forward to the news Watson promised, although I must say the frost cat pet's stats were a bit underwhelming for a $20.00 card. We'll have to see what next month's stats bring

Dear Mr.Baxby, I am not shore if this question can be answered but I am just curoius. What do we have to look forward to for 2010? I just wanna know if there's gonna be a major update or if there's gonna be a little update, or a major update with a couple other things. I also have one more question. Does kingsisle get to have pets that are wizards cant have?

I can answer the second question for you, but the first will be left to Sir Reginald Baxby if he's allowed to anwer it. KI members do get special pets I belive. One of our moderators on this site, Olivia, has a goat pet that she received as a gift from KI, named Sammy. This pet will most likely be available to wizards in the future. I hope this info is correct!

One of our moderators on this site, Olivia, has a goat pet that she received as a gift from KI, named Sammy. This pet will most likely be available to wizards in the future. As you may expect I cannot reveal any secrets and spoil the surprises, but you can be sure that you won't be bored with Wizard101 in 2010. We are not sitting idle and our designers are constantly coming up with new and exciting features for the game and the programmers and artists are hard at work to make those features into the game. So, updates will come, just wait!

As far as your second question goes, there are many various pets made, but not all of them are ready for the release. Us, being KI employees can get any pet, but only for the testing purposes. For our real game wizard, we are just like you - we had to earn our pets honestly, or buy them with crowns just like you do.
